Pinoy Celebrations' chef, Leo Torres has over 15 years experience working for royalty, dignitaries and prominent businessmen here and abroad as a resident manager or private chef. His position provided him the privilege to serve Prince Abdullah (now the King of Saudi Arabia), four United States Ambassadors for the full length of their stay in the Philippines, Former President Bill and Hillary Clinton during their visit to the Philippines, over three Philippine Presidents and the Mexican Ambassador prior to migrating to Canada. He also has managed 3 restaurants of various sizes and ethnicity here in Toronto and one hotel restaurant outside Ontario. Additionally, he has performed various roles in the industry as a chef, catering staff for the Parliament and Toronto Private Club and for Hyatt Philippines.

His travel to multiple countries in Asia, the Middle East and North America afforded him great exposure to great flavours and techniques that he employs in the kitchen, although his Kapampangan roots remain the highlight of his cooking, making his creations remind you of home.
